The Pan Scraper features a large thumb and finger indent in the middle, so you can easily wrap your hand around and hold onto the scraper while using without getting your hands dirty. Each side features a rounded edge to fit around the sides of the curved pans, and a squared off edge for more precise scrapping. The Pan Scraper also features a triangle cutout to use for stripping herbs during cooking, or use it to scrap off utensils during the cooking process. And the Scraper is dishwasher safe.</p>
